Based on the type of card you are using for payment, you may then be asked to enter further details to enhance the security of the transaction. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.
When you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail re-stating the details for your records. We will also inform you of your tracking reference number. By clicking on the tracking reference link you will be taken to the courier's website where you can see the progress of your delivery.
Tracking my delivery
You can track the progress of your order using an unique tracking reference number. You can find the tracking number on the email you will have received from us once you placed your order.
Canceling an order
Please note tha orders can be cancelled within 2 hours. You can contact our customer service from 9:30AM - 6:00PM , from Monday to Friday. You can also send an email to email@example.com. Be sure to include your order number. We will do our best to locate and cancel your order.
Will you restock sold out items?
Pieces from our seasonal collections are limited edition, so get them before they’re gone. If you missed out, our Personal Assistannt can recommend something similar. Just give us a call at (+39) 075 92 80 108 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where are your garments made?
We partner with a factory in Florence, Italy.
What happens if I pre-order an item?
The pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. These items are not yet in stock and therefore not available to ship out. Payment is required at the time you place your pre-order. Your credit card/pay-pal account will be charged once you place your order.
But please be aware of the following guidelines:
- Your order will not be shipped until it is complete. If you wish to have separate shipments for your in-stock items, please place separate orders.
- When your Pre-Order Item arrives, the item will be immediately shipped and you will be notified. All items will be shipped at the same time.
