Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your merchandise that’s why we want all of our customers to feel great in our garments. That is why our Return Policy is designed with you and your needs in mind.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your items. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of merchandise in original condition. 

If there is any issue with the quality or fabrication of your garments, you can return in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please follow the guidelines below or alternatively contact the Customer Assistance.

  • Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. 
  • Returns will only be issued for unworn, unaltered and undamaged garments.
  • We have the right to deny reimbursement for an item that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.

We always recheck the order before dispatching. Quality is our highest priority. Always has been, always will be. 
If our parcel differ from what you submitted we will replace the garment with a new one absolutely free of charge on return of the old garment for us to check. We'll do our best to take care of you.

Any items returned to that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the client without reimbursement.

Easy Returns

Please return the item(s) using the original shipping box and packing materials. 

NOTE: If you return two products belonging to the same order, you will have to return them together in the same box.

Try to pack in the box and in the original packaging. If this is not possible, try to pack the product in a similar way to ensure maximum protection.

If you have requested a size exchange, we will proceed with a new shipment of the requested size.

If you have requested a product change, a GIFT CARD will be issued for you with the same amount of the item you returned. You’ll be able to use it online to purchase the item you were interested in.

Ship on Your Own: Customers can send the item back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at their expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance to the request. Please be certain to insure the package. 

  • The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order;
  • The order number of the merchandise, if available.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
